New milestone reached: 219.6!

This is the first time I’ve been under 220 for at least 15 years. 220 has always been the “barrier weight” for me. It’s when I first began to notice I was getting too heavy, and it’s when I first became concerned about my diet and all the fatty food I was eating. But I didn’t find the resolve to do anything about it for 15 years. I’m proud of myself for finally getting on the ball and breaking that barrier! 35 more pounds to go, and I’m sure it will all be downhill from here…
